Understanding the structure makes everything else on Paathz easier. There are three layers.
Organisation
Your organisation is the top level — your company or hotel group. Billing, your public company profile, and your shared templates all live here, and apply across everything below.
Sites
A site is an individual property or location within your organisation. A hotel group might have one site per property. Jobs are posted to sites, and team members are assigned to the sites they work on.
Team and access
You invite team members to your organisation and give them access at specific sites, with a level of access that suits their job. The same person can work across several sites.
