Each property you hire for is set up as a site. You can add as many as you need, and setting up a new one is quick.

Adding a site

1. Go to organisation management and choose to add a site.
2. Enter the property's details.
3. Copy access groups from an existing site if you want the same structure — this saves setting permissions from scratch.
4. Assign existing team members to the new site; they can belong to several sites at once.
5. The new site automatically inherits your organisation's job and message templates.
