Jobs have a natural lifespan on Paathz, and the platform warns you before anything changes so a role never quietly disappears.
How it works
- A job posting runs for up to four months.
- If a job sees no activity for around three weeks, it is hidden to keep candidate results fresh.
- About a week before that happens, you receive an email warning and a warning badge appears on the job card, so you can act in time.
- You can extend or refresh an active job before it is hidden.
Reactivating a hidden job
If a job has already been hidden for inactivity, reactivating it counts as a new job posting for billing purposes. If you expect to need the role again soon, it is worth keeping the original active rather than letting it lapse.
| Good to know Watch for the day-14 warning email and the badge on the job card — acting then avoids a hidden job and a new-posting charge later. |
