The pipeline gives you a clear board view of every candidate's stage, with built-in tools at each step so your team always knows where things stand and what to do next.

The stages and what happens at each

• New — Newly received applications land here automatically. Review profiles, leave private team notes, and decide who to consider further.
• Reviewing — Candidates you're actively considering. Compare profiles side-by-side, share with hiring managers, and request additional information through the conversation thread.
• Interviewing — Candidates progressed to interview. Schedule sessions using the built-in tool (see below), track rounds, and log feedback.
• Offer — Candidates you've made an offer to. Track offer status, response deadlines, and acceptances directly from the pipeline view.
• Hired — The role is filled. Closing the role here automatically notifies other applicants and triggers post-hire reporting.

Moving candidates between stages

• Drag and drop candidates across the board to update their stage.
• Add an optional note when you move someone — useful for handoffs or aligning your team.
• Bulk actions are available when you need to move multiple candidates at once.
• Stage changes trigger notifications based on each team member's preferences.

Scheduling interviews

The Interviewing stage includes a customisable scheduling tool so you don't need to leave Paathz to set up the conversation.

• Choose interview type: video, phone, or in-person.
• Set duration and time zone — auto-converted for the candidate.
• Send calendar invites directly from Paathz; candidates can confirm or propose alternatives.
• Save reusable templates for common formats (15-min screening, 60-min technical, panel rounds).
• Schedule multiple interview rounds within the Interviewing stage without moving the candidate out of it.
