Paathz uses anniversary-based monthly billing — your cycle starts on the day your first payment succeeds and renews on that same date every month, with all sites and add-ons billed together as one consolidated invoice.
The basics
- Your anniversary day is set when your first paid charge succeeds (at signup, or at the end of your trial).
- All sites in your organization share the same anniversary — one consolidated invoice each cycle.
- Each cycle is one full month, anniversary to anniversary (e.g., Jan 5 → Feb 5).
- Charges run automatically on the anniversary using your saved payment method.
- For shorter months, the anniversary clamps to the last day (Jan 31 → Feb 28 in non-leap years).
What's billed and when
- All sites: full monthly rate per site, on each anniversary.
- All recurring add-ons: full monthly rate per add-on, on each anniversary.
- Mid-cycle additions: prorated immediately for the remaining days, then full rate from the next anniversary.
- All amounts are in your local currency.
| Good to know Adding a new site mid-cycle prorates that site's first charge to your existing anniversary so everything stays aligned. From the next anniversary on, all sites and add-ons bill together as one invoice — you'll never have multiple charge dates scattered across the month. |
