Cancellations on Paathz are graceful — whatever you cancel keeps working until the end of your current billing cycle, you're not charged again, and the cancellation reason is captured for our records.
Cancelling an individual site
- Billing → Sites → [site name] → Remove site.
- Confirmation modal names the site, cycle-end date, and what happens.
- Site stays active until cycle end; existing job posts remain live.
- Recurring billing for that site stops.
- At cycle end: site's jobs unpublish, entitlements drain.
- Rest of your organization continues normally.
Cancelling your entire organization subscription
- Billing → Cancel subscription.
- All sites stay active until cycle end with the same drain behavior.
- No charge on your next anniversary.
- A cancellation reason is requested (optional free text + structured selection).
What you'll be asked
- Confirmation step naming exactly what's being cancelled.
- Cycle-end date so you know when it actually stops.
- Any irreversible consequences clearly listed.
- Optional cancellation reason.
Reversing a cancellation
- Before cycle end: contact support — sites in "cancelling" state can be restored.
- After cycle end: you'd need to add the site again as a fresh subscription (no historical data restoration).
Race-condition handling
- If your cancellation arrives within 24 hours of the renewal date, the renewal charge is suppressed automatically — you won't be double-billed.
| Good to know Cancellations don't trigger refunds — you keep using what you paid for through to cycle end. If you need refund support for a specific circumstance, contact billing support directly; refunds are handled manually on a case-by-case basis. |
