When your bundled site capacity isn't enough, you can add extra job posts or extra hires to any site — billed monthly, prorated for the first cycle, and adjustable at any time.
The two add-on types in V1
- Extra job posts: $50/site/month. Each one automatically includes 1 free hire.
- Extra hires (without extra posts): $30/site/month.
Who can add them
- Org admins with Billing_Organization_Edit, for any site.
- Site editors with Billing_Site_Edit, for their assigned sites only.
How charging works
- First purchase is prorated to the end of the current cycle.
- Then bills at full monthly rate on every anniversary.
- Charges hit your saved payment method automatically.
- A real-time quote is shown before you commit — the quoted price is what's charged if you commit within the quote's lifetime.
Reducing or removing add-ons
- Reductions drain at cycle end — existing capacity continues working until your next anniversary, then stops billing.
- No mid-cycle refunds in V1.
- Scheduled drains can be reversed any time before the cycle ends, restoring the recurring purchase.
| Good to know Add-ons only activate after the prorated payment succeeds. In rare cases when the Stripe webhook is delayed, you'll see a "Pending payment — activating momentarily" state on the dashboard until the charge confirms. You can't post jobs using the new capacity until then. |
