New organizations may be given a trial period during which sites can be added, configured, and used without charge — set by the Paathz team based on your signup arrangement.
How trials work
- The Paathz team sets a per-organization "billing starts on" date during your onboarding.
- Until that date is reached, your organization is in trial state and isn't charged.
- You can add sites, mark them Restaurants, configure capacity, and explore the platform.
- A system-wide fallback date applies to organizations without a specific override.
What you can do during trial
- Add and configure sites.
- Enter payment method details (held but not charged).
- Set up your team, permissions, and company profile.
- Publish jobs and review candidates — trials treat "payment satisfied" as in effect.
What happens at the end of trial
- On your billing-start date, Paathz charges the prorated amount for everything you've activated.
- Your billing anniversary is set to the trial-end date.
- The charge runs against the payment method you saved.
- A "Payment Successful" email confirms — and you're now in active state.
Heads-up before trial ends
- An in-app notice appears 3 days before your billing-start date.
- This is your chance to enter or update payment details before the first charge.
| Good to know If you want to extend your trial or have specific commercial terms, talk to your Paathz BD contact before your billing-start date — they can adjust the date via the admin override. Once you've been charged, the trial is over and changes happen through the normal billing flow. |
