Adding and removing sites

A site is the billable unit in Paathz — one physical location or operation, with its own bundled capacity and its own line on your invoice. You can add or remove sites at any time.

Adding a site

• An org admin with Billing_Organization_Edit can add a site at any time.
• Provide: site name, location, and whether it's a Restaurants site.
• The Restaurants flag determines whether the 50% discount applies (see 7.1.2).
• First charge is prorated to your existing anniversary.
• Bundled capacity (8 posts, 8 hires, 25 AI credits) activates immediately on successful payment.

What you get with each site

• 8 job posts per month.
• 8 hires per month.
• 25 AI credits per month.
• All resets at your anniversary; AI credits don't roll over.

Removing a site

• Use "Remove site" in Billing → Sites → [site name].
• The site is flagged cancelling but stays active until the end of your current cycle.
• Existing job posts on that site remain live until cycle end.
• Recurring billing for that site stops.
• At cycle end: all jobs on the site unpublish; entitlements drain.

What about the rest of your organization

• Removing one site doesn't affect any others.
• Your consolidated invoice next cycle simply no longer includes the removed site.
• Your anniversary stays the same.
