AI credits

AI credits are Paathz's currency for AI-powered features — each site gets 25 credits per month, which reset at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over.

The basics

• 25 AI credits per site per month (default; configurable per organization).
• Counted per site, not pooled across the organization.
• Reset to 25 at the start of each billing cycle on your anniversary.
• Unused credits don't roll over — use them or lose them.

How credits are spent

• Credits decrement before each AI feature invocation tied to a site.
• The system checks balance first and blocks the action if there aren't enough credits.
• Each AI feature lists its credit cost in the UI.

Where to see your balance

• Per-site capacity panel on the billing dashboard.
• Shows: allocated for this cycle, used so far, remaining, reset date.

Running out of credits

• AI features on that site become unavailable until next cycle reset.
• You can request additional credits from Paathz support for special cases.
• No per-credit top-up option in V1.

For Enterprise customers

• Custom AI credit allowances can be set per organization.
• Talk to your Paathz contact about negotiating a higher allocation if 25/site isn't enough.
